What is your returns policy?

Unfortunately we don't currently offer refunds. Although we don't think you'll be wanting one anyway.

Are these real brand perfumes?

No, they are inspired by the well known brands, manufactured with high quality ingredients and standards.

My order has arrived damaged or incorrect?

Head to our contact page and send us a message so we can get the problem sorted for you.

How should I store my fragrances?

We recommend that the fragrances are kept out of direct sunlight and away from any hot or cold elements as this may effect the product.

 

Can I amend or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Unfortunately orders can not be cancelled or edited once placed as our shipping is automated.

Are they safe to spray on clothes?

They do contain a higher oil content so that they are stronger but so do most perfumes. We do recommend that you take care when applying on clothes, and of course you do so at your own risk.

Can I use two promotional codes at once?

No, with our system discount codes cant be stacked onto the same order.
